DAY 1 - SAIGON
Arrival in Sai Gon, welcomed by our guide and transfer to the city. Accomodation in hotel (rooms are usually available from 14h00). In the afternoon visit the city: War Remnants museum which traces the history of the second war of Indochina, better known as the "Vietnam War", Notre Dame cathedral, Central Post office, and Ben Thanh market. Overnight stay in Sai Gon.

DAY 3 - SAIGON - BEN TRE
Departure to go to visit the famous Cu Chi tunnels, a set of 200 km of tunnels dug during the resistance against the United States, an underground village system. Continue by car to Tay Ninh to visit the Cao Dai temple. This temple is the only seat of Caodaism - a unique religion in the world that mixes Islam, Christianity, Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism in one creed. This complex was founded in 1926 which presents a beauty that is difficult to find. Return by car to Sai Gon. Overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 3 - SAIGON - BEN TRE
Visit to the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the Phytotherapy Museum, a very interesting place to learn about Vietnamese traditional medicines, to try on the usual dress of the doctors and drink a herbal tea. Departure for the Mekong Delta with Ben Tre as destination. Arrival in the town in the afternoon, accommodation in Home. Free time with the opportunity to have a shrimp fishing experience and a cooking class for the preparation of Banh Xeo, a Vietnamese traditional dish. Dinner at Home. Overnight stay in Ben Tre.

DAY 4 - BEN TRE - TRA VINH
Cycle to the island of Oc through a morning market where various local products such as vegetables, meat, fruit, ect. are sold. Depending upon availability, stop to visit a family of craftsmen who work the coconut and join a workshop in which learn how to create baskets with coconut leaves. Continue cycling around the village to see the daily life of the inhabitants and reach the fish farm where you can see two Vietnamese typical species of fish. Return by boat to Home. In the afternoon transfer to Tra Vinh which is located about 90km from Ben Tre. Dinner and overnight stay in homestay in Tra Vinh.

DAY 5 - TRA VINH - CAN THO
Walk or bike ride to the local villages to learn about the daily life of the Khmer. Visit of the Cathedral and Ba Mi pagoda. Continuation by car to Can Tho - the metropolis of the southern provinces. Visit the ancient house of Binh Thuy. Overnight stay in hotel in Can Tho.

DAY 6 - CAN THO - CHAU DOC
Wake up in the morning for a walk along the Hau Giang River, the lower arm of Mekong. Visit the floating market of Cai Rang, one of the most authentic of the delta. Continuation by car from Can Tho to Chau Doc. After about 2 hours on the road, visit of the tea tree forest of Tra Su - a typical forest of the western Hau river. With an area of about 850 hectares, this is home to many species of typical animals and plants of the forests in Vietnam. Overnight in hotel in Chau Doc.

DAY 7 - CHAU DOC - SAIGON
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Ba Chua Xu pagoda at the foot of mount Sam. Return by car to Sai Gon, accommodation in hotel after a 6-7 hour - trip. Overnight stay in Sai Gon.
DAY 8 - DEPARTURE
Free time until the direct transfer to the airport for your flight back home.

GIORNO 7 - ARRIVO ALL'ESTREMO SUD DEL VIETNAM
Dopo la prima colazione, partenza per Ca Mau - l'estemo sud del Vietnam. Arrivo dopo circa 3 ore, giro in barca attraverso la foresta delle mangrovie appartenente al Parco nazionale di Ca Mau, poi sistemazione in homestay dentro il Parco.
In tarda serata, una piccola avventura nella foresta in cerca dei granchi Sesarma Mederi, ossia Ba khia in vietnamita.
GIORNO 8 - CA MAU - CAN THO
Partenza in auto per Can Tho. Arrivo dopo circa 5.5 ore e sistemazione in homestay.
Nel pomeriggio, un giro in bici per scoprire la vita degli abitanti locali godendo i paesaggi idilliaci e sereni del posto. Pernottamento a Can Tho.
GIORNO 9 - MERCATO GALLEGGIANTE AUTENTICO
Sveglia al mattino e partenza per la visita del mercato galleggiante di Phong Dien respirando l'aria fresca mattutina sul fiume e scoprendo la cultura e la vita quotidiana degli abitanti locali.
Poi trasferimento in auto verso Saigon. Arrivo dopo circa 3.5 ore, sistemazione in albergo. Pernottamento a Saigon.
GIORNO 10 - PARCO NAZIONALE CAT TIEN
Prima colazione in albergo. Trasferimento in auto al parco nazionale Cat Tien. Arrivo dopo circa 4 ore. Sistemazione in albergo (solitamente le camere sono disponibili a partire da 14h00).
Visita del museo naturale e del Centro di salvataggio della fauna selvatica. Poi escursione in auto per ammirare gli alberi della foresta tropicale come Cay Tung, Ben Cu, Cay go Bac Dong, Cay da Loc giao ed il lago Cay Si Tram Than.
In tarda serata visita di circa un’ora in auto per vedere gli animali attivi di notte. Pernottamento a Nam Cat Tien.
GIORNO 11 - RITORNO A SAIGON
Ritorno in auto a Saigon. Arrivo dopo circa 4 ore e sistemazione in albergo. Tempo libero per il riposo o le scoperte autonome. Pernottamento a Saigon.
GIORNO 12 - FINE DEL VIAGGIO E RIENTRO IN ITALIA
Prima colazione in hotel. Tempo libero fino al trasferimento in aeroporto per il volo di rientro in Italia.
